New Member of the Sunnix 6 Power LED Family from Samsung

With the SPHWHTS6D303/30D Samsung Electro-Mechanics launches a new member of the successful Sunnix 6 LED series. The new cool/warm white LED features a high 200/170 lumen brightness at 250mA. Like the other members of the Sunnix 6 family the construction consists of 3 strings with 3 LEDs in a thermally enhanced 8x8x3,9 mm package. With its 120° beam angle the LED is ideal for general illumination, down and street lighting as well as decorative lighting applications.
