AO6409AL, AOD4144, AO3415AL, AO4830L, AOT414, AOB414 Addition of six new high performance MOSFETs to the AOS portfolio
The -20 V AO6409AL uses advanced P channel trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) of 44mO, low gate charge and operation with gate voltages as low as 1.8 V. This device is suitable for use in general purpose load switch applications. Its TSOP-6 package is RoHS compliant and Halogen Free.
The AO3415AL uses the same die but is packaged in an as well “Green” and RoHS compliant SOT-23 package which results in 45 mOhm RDS(ON). Both devices utilize an integrated TVS diode for ESD protection. The 30 V AOD4144 N-channel device is fabricated with SDMOSTM trench technology that combines excellent RDS(ON) of 8 mOhm with low gate charge. The result is outstanding efficiency with controlled switching behaviour. This universal technology is well suited for PWM especially in multi-phase synchronous buck converters used in embedded computing, load switching and general purpose applications. The AO4144 is housed in a TO-252 DPAK package, is RoHS compliant and Halogen Free.
The new dual 80 V N-channel device AO4830L uses advanced trench technology to provide excellent RDS(ON) of 45 mOhm and low gate charge. This device is suitable for use as a load switch or in PWM applications, mainly targeted for Push-pull DC-DC converters used in LCD display. Its SO-8 package with standard dual MOSFET pinout is RoHS compliant and Halogen Free.
Last but not least there are two new devices targeted for synchronous rectifier applications in AC adapters. The 100 V rated N-Channel MOSFETs AOx414 are fabricated with SDMOSTM trench technology that combines excellent RDS(ON) of 25 mOhm with low gate charge. The result is outstanding efficiency with controlled switching behaviour. This universal technology is well suited for PWM, load switching and general purpose applications. The RoHS compliant TO-220 device is named AOT414, the equivalent TO-263 (D²PAK) device ships as AOB414. Both devices may be ordered as “Green” parts with an L suffix.
