Bedingt durch das Druckgusswerkzeug gibt es zwei abgeflachte Bereiche am Gewinde des Gehäuses. Dadurch kann nun zusätzlich ein Montageausschnitt mit Zweiflach zur Fixierung der M12 Gerätebuchse verwendet werden. Den Montageausschnitt mit Zweiflach zeigt das folgende Bild:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die neuen Gerätebuchsen in den "alten" Montageausschnitt passen!

Die Umstellung wird schrittweise eingeführt. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es in einer Übergangszeit zu gemischten Lieferungen kommen kann.

Ein aktualisiertes Typenblatt von 21 03 381 4410 liegt als Anlage bei. Die anderen Typenblätter
werden folgen.

PCN: End of Live Notice Samsung MP52D (5252 s2) LED Products

This letter is to inform you that Samsung LED(we, us, the company) plans to execute an End of
Life (EOL) process for all MP52D (5252 s2) LED products (see below for specific part numbers).
After a thorough review of our existing product offering we have made the determination to
discontinue these products in order to provide you with more advanced products while more
efficiently managing our product portfolio.

We sincerely appreciate your use of these terminated products, and your understanding on any
inconvenience caused by this termination. We hope that this notification allows you time to
complete existing projects using your current designs and shift future designs to one of our other
advanced solutions. Please note that, if EOL occurs prior to the expiration of the warranty
period, we reserve the right to service this warranty with replacement parts.

1. Describe present process / product: All devices in the family of D6RTB-DJD and D6RTB-HJD.
2. Product type affected: All devices in the family of D6RTB-DJD and D6RTB-HJD.
3. Describe changes (to be): Propose to change the dark glue used for inter-connection between chip and lead-frame for the blue and true green chip to clear glue. All other material and product characteristics remain the same. The visual difference is very minimal as illustrated below.

4. Reason for change: The replacement of the dark glue to clear glue will improve the light extraction from the LED chips and improve the yield in manufacturing.
5. Target conversion date: Evaluation sample is available upon request.
New material will be used for manufacturing beginning of Feb. 1st 2012.

PCN: Dominant Product Discontinuation NAR-SSG-YZ1-1, NAA-SSG-YZ1-1 and NAY-SSG-Y2Z-1

1. Product type affected: Primax; NAR-SSG-YZ1-1, NAA-SSG-YZ1-1 and NAY-SSG-Y2Z-1.

2. Describe reason: The existing device will be obsolete as the chip supplier will no longer be producing this chip at such light output level.

3. Replacement part number: An identical product is available for replacement but the light output is higher. There are no other changes to the parts. These new parts numbers are already in the datasheet.

PCN: LFPCN41178 Littelfuse Removal of BSI certification on Cartridge fuses

With regards to the above reference, Littelfuse would like to inform you that for IEC fuses that have VDE, SEMKO and BSI or either fuses with VDE or SEMKO with BSI, we would be removing BSI from these IEC fuses.

Certification to IEC specifications are given by organizations such as VDE, SEMKO or BSI which means that for our Cartridge fuses to be considered an IEC fuse, it needs to be tested and certified by VDE, SEMKO or BSI.
 
From recent years, VDE and/or SEMKO have been the IEC choice of certification at our customers for both existing products as well as newly developed fuses.
 
With the above in mind and our desire to rationize the agency approvals as space on the bodies or caps for engraving the agency approvals is getting limited , for fuses with VDE or SEMKO or both VDE and SEMKO already , we would be removing the BSI testings and logo from our caps and labels 30 days from today.
 
Note that removing BSI does not, in any way, affect the IEC status of the affected fuses as there would already be either VDE or SEMKO or even both VDE and SEMKO for the affected fuses.
 
The changes are as follows
1) remove BSI as a IEC approval if there is either VDE or SEMKO or both VDE and SEMKO already on the fuse
2) remove the BSI logo 30 days from 1st January 2012
 
Please note that we would only remove the BSI approvals from fuses that would already have VDE or SEMKO or both VDE and SEMKO already.
 
Going forward / Timeframe
 We would make the changes internally in mass production on a running change from 1st January 2012.

PCN: Littelfuse LFPCN 41166- Add Trace Code on Littelfuse TVS Products

For customer service improvement on products traceability and quality control, Littelfuse would like to implement Trace Code System on all Littelfuse TVS series products covering both surface mount and axial lead differentiated by its code length.

The Trace Code will be added on BODY MARKING

Following charts and graphs are listed as Trace Code System detail description and example.

The Trace Code System will be reflected on following items in time

1) all the standard TVS PNs with NO suffix in material code,
2) the part numbers with–TB / -B / -T7
3) some of customer specific parts
4) the Littelfuse TVS standard datasheet
*Note: Occasionally there might be “some samples with NO trace code”. It is served purposely for faster samples delivery.

The “dot marking” underside of the LF logo as showed below is used currently for tracking.
Once “Trace Code Marking” system is implemented, we will remove all the “dot marking” from both SMD and Axial packages.



This notification is for your information and acknowledgement.
If a specific data sheet for this change is required, please kindly contact Littelfuse® within 30 days of the notification date. Littelfuse® will provide 90 days transition period.
